Education and health are not privileges — they are fundamental rights. Yet for millions in Pakistan, access to basic schooling, essential healthcare, and skill development remains a daily struggle. At HEFA Trust, we believe that sustainable change begins when we invest in these foundations of human dignity.

It is both an honor and a profound responsibility to serve as Chairman of HEFA Trust. For over 25 years, I have worked in the education sector, collaborating with multinational organizations and diverse communities. Throughout my professional journey, one truth has remained constant: education is the most powerful tool to transform lives, uplift families, and strengthen nations. However, education today must go beyond literacy. It must equip individuals — especially our youth — with practical skills, critical thinking, and the confidence to become future-ready contributors to society.

Our mission places a special emphasis on girls’ education. When we educate a girl, we empower a generation. Educated girls grow into confident women, capable mothers, skilled professionals, and community leaders. By ensuring access to quality education and skill development for girls, we are investing in long-term social and economic progress.

Health is the other pillar of our commitment. My connection to this cause is deeply personal. Having faced significant health challenges in my own life, and having witnessed the suffering of others at close quarters, I understand how access to basic healthcare can determine the course of a family’s future. Preventive care, awareness, early diagnosis, and primary health facilities are not luxuries — they are lifelines. Through HEFA Trust, we are dedicated to supporting communities with essential healthcare services, health education, and basic medical support where it is needed most.

At HEFA Trust, we envision communities where no child is denied education due to poverty, where no girl is held back from realizing her potential, and where no family is deprived of basic healthcare. Our focus is simple yet powerful:
